Meet Bay

Welcome.

My name is Angela Moore, although friends and family have long known me as Bay.

Over time, that name quietly found its way into my artwork, and today it has become the signature I place on my paintings and the name I use when I write to the wonderful people who collect them.

Coastal Bay Artisan was born from a simple belief.

That art has the ability to slow us down.

To help us breathe.

To remind us that even in busy lives, quiet beauty still exists.

Most of my paintings begin with a feeling rather than a destination. Sometimes it’s the peaceful rhythm of the ocean, weathered architecture touched by time, soft morning light, or an unexpected moment that quietly asks to be remembered.

I paint because I hope my work becomes more than something beautiful hanging on a wall.

any of my collections also carry subtle symbols of hope—quiet doorways, passages of light, distant openings, and gentle reminders that there is always another path waiting to be discovered.
